Austin M. James
Austin James started creating paintball videos in high school and publishing them on YouTube in 2004. In 2005, a local television station asked him to produce a news segment on paintball and he quickly jumped at the opportunity. After a well-produced first segment, Austin continued working for the local station holding numerous positions for various projects. Austin wanted to gain as much experience in each department to fully understand how things work. After graduating High School in 2007, Austin started going to Scottsdale Community College where he was able to meet new contacts that helped him move on to creating and working on feature films and reality shows. In 2012, Austin started working at Warm Springs Productions as the only Production Manager for 13 Reality Shows annually. In 2014, Austin left Warm Springs Productions and started operating his own production company [AMJ Creative] and designed a cloud-based production management software [ProductionBooth] to fix a lot of the communication and management issues he saw in the field.
